| ADR is growing. BCAMI promotes the use of ADR and its Rules. Most arbitrators and mediators have a part-time practice and do something else as well (accounting, law, engineering, consulting) combine their content expertise, experience and education with mediation or arbitration. Members build a practice based on reputation and credibility. |
